Alex Lee Wipf – Co-Founder

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Alex has been a resident of the desert for the past three years. After graduating from New Mexico State University with a business degree and finishing her collegiate golf career, she called PGA West home.

Realizing she needed a career change, she partnered with Solano to make his dream of owning his own restaurant a reality. Alex and her husband live in La Quinta.

Francisco ‘Paco’ Solano – Co-Founder and Executive Chef

Prior to his 12 year career at PGA West, Chef Solano worked at various restaurants in the Coachella Valley. He entered the food and beverage industry when he moved to the United States from Mexico City at the age of 18.

Through hard work and determination, Chef navigated his way from busser and line cook to executive chef and restaurant owner and his masterful skills in the kitchen are self taught.
