Owner and Chef Francisco “Paco” Solano and his co-owner Alex Lee Wipf met while the two worked at The Club at PGA West: he was the executive chef and she was a golf professional.
Owner and Chef Francisco “Paco” Solano and his co-owner Alex Lee Wipf met while the two worked at The Club at PGA West: he was the executive chef and she was a golf professional.
The two formed a friendship and decided to see what they could accomplish on their own and opened Solano’s Bistro February 27, 2009.
In 2011, Solano’s Bistro earned several accolades including being a finalist in the Desert Magazine’s Best of the Valley.
Our passion for food and service has created an opportunity for us to expand into a space nearly three times larger than we currently have, and we can’t wait to see what we can do with it!
